Figures. It’s nothing new, considering Verizon being criminally incompetent. //@anonymous: Do not trust Verizon. Its bill system is not ready. Made a call to Air China customer service waiting for 60min. Verizon charged me nearly $150 plus tax and fees $35 - $185 in total.
