I was with T-Mobile before, the worst customer service. Now I'm paying $100 per month 4 lines (tax and fees are included) with Cricket. Unlimited everything, best reception, and very helpful customer service!! 3 years of best experience with Cricket.

I am T-Mobile customer with 1 line, would like to port over my other lines from cricket, and asked this promotion online. The following is the response:
If you'd like to avail the offer, we will need 2 voice lines, then you'll get a free line. Then, we'll port over your line from cricket, and you already have one line on your account, that makes 5 lines in total.

I have the same plan, and CS said we have to add another line and get a free one, it means we'll have a total of SIX lines, and the price shown is NOT including taxes and fees, so when it all said and done, we'll be paying at least the same if not more than currently.
