Has anyone get the product yet? Placed my order successfully when this deal was alive. But now could not even find the order in my history. Wondering what's going on.

The spread of the virus will go down if “people” stop traveling and getting in big groups! Why can’t “people” understand that? If “people” just stop going to the beach, having huge parties, and going shopping when not necessary, we could be more safe. Just stay at home for a while and this might be over eventually. In China, people followed the stay at home order, and now they are almost all perfect. The virus slowed down and they don’t have as many cases now.

This virus would stop spreading if people decided to stay home. That is how the virus slowed down and kinda stopped in China. The kids and parents stayed indoors until directed by the authorities. Maybe if people didn’t go traveling so often now... so stop going out to the beaches and stuff!

It’s just a big flu. would be much better after November 3rd. //@anonymous: The key take away is “reduce”! Even the N95 is only filtering 95%. That’s why they encourage us to stay home if you want absolute protection, but unfortunately many people (including kids) need to be out and about for whatever reason. That’s why the healthcare workers in the COVID ward are wearing face shields, gloves, gown, and hair covering. If we are willing do whatever it takes to reduce the transmission of this virus (and worrying less about your own appearance), our number in US will look a lot better and this COVID will be eliminated sooner (Less infected meaning less spread). //@anonymous: 1) It only reduces the un-intentional touches, but not the ones if you feel itchy; 2) Only if the air couldn't move around/you do not breath; 3) See 2). //@Anonymous: 1) It helps to prevent the child from rubbing / touching his/her face. 2) Blocks out some of the saliva/ sneezes esp those who are not wearing a mask. 3) It covers more area (eyes, nose, and mouth).
So using a mask + face shield will cut down your chances of getting the virus vs using the mask alone. //@anonymous: Don't see any reason this thing could be useful in not catching/spreading the virus.

Dr. Fauci removed his mask during football game, what you will say to him? //@anonymous: Clearly those who questioned the usefulness of these shields would not wear seat belt if the law had not mandated to do so. Do you understand what the word "risk" means?

So mandatory home arrest works the best? Is it the reason North Korea has zero case? //@anonymous: The key take away is “reduce”! Even the N95 is only filtering 95%. Disagree about the aspect of kids shouldn't be in school. Younger kids especially need to be in school for the interaction as well as the learning. Wearing this would help mitigate the possibility of being infected. //@Anonymous: I think the post means that kids should not return to school if they need to wear this shield in the area. It is too risky. //@anonymous: That will protect everyone, u idddiot //@Anonymous: If your kids have to wear this they shouldn't really be in school.

Aerosolized virus droplets can infect through muscosal surfaces which include the eyes. This shield reduces that infection route, which face masks can not.

By anonymous on 08/06/2020, 08:57 AM EDT
Protect the eyes. It’s becoming mandatory in most hospitals. Not arguing about whether kids will wear this but faceshield on top of masks is becoming standard in the hospitals //@anonymous: No, I wear masks, not this. //@Anonymous: i can tell why alot of people catching the virus, because they don't believe anything can help.... //@Anonymous: Don't see any reason this thing could be useful in not catching/spreading the virus.

I see most people wearing mask take the mask off when sneezing or coughing. I can see the reason, but that defeats the purpose

Feel strange that the words "face shield" are printed big on the forehead position. After all, there is no word "mask" printed on my normal 3-ply non-medical ebay-purchased masks.
