I love Stride Rite but I would recommend buying the shoes through third parties that have better and prompt customer care.

I used to love stride rite , but when I placed my order on April 15th, after 3 weeks ,the package had been still in pending and in another city in CA for about 2 weeks, sent 3 emails to customer service, no response.
