I was at Target store yesterday and was told that the 10% discount only apply when you use "Apple pay app" to pay for the gift cards.

Because we are rich //@Anonymous: Target stores are much cleaner than Walmart. Check-out waiting time is minimal compared to the long checkout line at any Walmart. Don't even think about the return line in Walmart.
I only shop at Walmart if I know I will never return them and I cannot get it from other stores. //@Anonymous: Target prices are usually 10 to 15% higher than Walmart or Amazon for most items. Don’t know why ppl still shop there

Make sure you get gift receipt and check balance. I bought 6 gift cards today and only 1 card has money. The store told me to check the balance tomorrow, if I still don't see money in I have to come back for a return!!
