They disqualified mine after I sent them old ones little late. It went to collections on my ssn, only then I came to know it reached late after the due date. Stay away.

they shouldn't if the trade-in wired or wireless headphones still in working condition. //@Anonymous: They will deny your trade-in for no reason.

I dislike how slippery the surface is. They slip out of my hand often. Overall I'd rate them 5/10

I hated these headphones because the bluetooth range is horrible compared to my other headphones (bose, soundcore, edifier, airpod pro, technics). I use it with my laptop and whenever I needed to step away for just a few feet, the connection gets disrupted. But I can see how they could work well if you use it for running. The shape stays in more securely than other earpods.

I traded in one of those lousy AKG earphones that come with Samsung phones - they accepted it without any issues. //@anonymous: And you will be charged $50 for non compatible trade In. //@anonymous: be mindful with trade in, if they decide to disqual you device, they pay $0 and keep the device.

These earbuds are pretty good. They are comfortable to wear and stay put even while running. Sound's okay too. I mainly use them for listening to podcasts/music.
