Verizon, instead of giving me a discount started charging more ( maybe a mistake on their part), but the worst thing for me is hours of customer service calls and still no one has a clue how to resolve it. Stay away from these marketing gimmicks.

I’m an existing customer. I just called them when I saw this. Sounds like this price is only for new customers (I had expected that) but they did give me $200 GC. So it’s not bad. I’m on the 500mbps plan and paying $54.99 so this would have been $10/month saving.

I got a new connection and moved to verizon byod for $500 cash back

They have raised the price for the plans. I have 500GB WITHOUT any discount for $60. My friend has 500GB with the autopay and mobile plan discount at $40.
