Recently got similar experience with Visible/Verizon. They flagged one account with spamming, and suspended it permanently. The account was for my middle schooler who had a lot of group messages with teachers and classmates. They counted both sending and receiving. It is not a big deal for teenagers to lose a phone number but I am about to leave Visible anyway. Their spamming detection algorithm sucks, with only ability to hurt good users but fraudsters. No clear guidelines before lockdown account //@anonymous: Don't fall for Verizon! It's no longer a respectable company. I switched to Verizon last year from T-Mobile and it was my worst decision and nightmare. In the order confirmation email attachment, I saw the 4 lines monthly cost as $168.

Questions:
1)what am I missing?
2) how to fix this to bring each line cost down? should I call CS or go.to a local store for fixing this?

If stuck with $168 per month, i guess I will have to cancel my order.

I was seeing it at checkout. The only option for shipping was "Fastest in Garage" delivered Dec 10th. I buy things on Amazon frequently and have never seen that as the only option.
