lifetime warranty ! mine has been really good too, its not this model, but got a pinhole leak in the bladder, and they simply replaced it. then i crashed my mtb and a seam let go, sent it in and got what looked like a brand new backpack....turned out it was my backpack it had been washed and repaired. customer service was fast and easy to deal with

I've been getting this since i was forced off my old family account and signed up using the $15 promo. I suspect they won't let us take advantage of any of these coupons as i NO longer see them, ever.
