I would not buy anything from Lenovo anymore, especially their peripherals. Their technical support is terrible.

Got several small appliances from them. These devices rely on their mobile app to set up and manage. The app will not let you login. Reported it, and they don’t even bother to respond. All my devices are sitting wasted. Very irresponsible.

You may be using wrong battery. You need 2032 battery -- 2025 battery also work in powering it up but the capacity of 2025 battery is way smaller than 2032 and it will drain super quickly. //@Anonymous: Eats up battery quickly. Replaced batteries within 2 weeks.

So $20 extra per line for 36 months is $720, minus $50($200 cash card), it's about $670 per phone w/o trade in, and you may sell your original phones for a profit.
