It is this year of the Snake but this set is more for mid-Autumn festival. I received the set recently and it’s a gorgeous set for the price. It’s very intricately built for a smaller set.

Maybe if you think about it a bit you’ll realize how smart it was for Apple to put it on the bottom. //@anonymous: Probably still on the bottom. So you get to take a break from work when it dies. //@Anonymous: Apple is a genius for inventing USB-C! //@Anonymous: usb-c model is coming out next week

I have one. Keep trying to use it because it looks so cool on the desk. I always go back to the track pad, because gestures are way easier.

Yeah, I am using it wrong by charging from the bottom. What an idiotic fanboy! //@Anonymous: You’re probably using it wrong. Maybe you learned how to use computers with a Lenovo and you learned everything the wrong way. //@anonymous: Terrible mouse. It's heavy and gives you fatigue. The recharge port is on the bottom as well. The acrylic gets scuffed easily and doesn't look good after a while. Just buy a regular mouse or a Magic Trackpad 2.

Apple mouse is really good for people who use laptops the right way. Apple owners are usually pure people who do things correctly so it’s perfect for them. //@anonymous: Actually Apple mouse is one of the only two types of mouses that do not give me wrist pain. The other type is the stand up mouse. It simply is because Apple mouse is extremely flat.

For laptop, 4060 is a sweet spot. Less than 10% slower than 4070 and 30% faster than 4050. 4070 is a real trash IMO //@anonymous: RTX4060 sucks

It's crazy small for the price, but when you're a professional photographer (on the smaller side) and try editing on an Asus ProArt monitor, the Apple Studio Display is simply the best at color representation. Get an Apple Card and pay monthly using the EDU site for the discount.

The LG 5K display is good works well with macbooks and mini and studio and pretty much all macs. wait, it costs the same as the apple studio, guess that does not work for you huh ! //@anonymous: Over priced. Apple refuses to fix interconnectivity issues between MacBooks and 3rd part monitors so they can sell more of these.

While there is a cost aspect of it, there are not that many monitors comparable in quality to this at this price. Dell U4021QW ultrasharp is closest at a $300 cheaper ticket but its nowhere close to this quality on color gamut or brightness not to mention the lack of camera or speakers. The closest is the LG 5K ultrafine but it is of the same price as of today $1299 and its speakers are not upto sample - I have this monitor as well and I know. I am not trying to sell this monitor but slinging mud should be based on facts IMHO.

My co-worker was annoyed that his Studio display doesn't have any kind of multi input source support. He basically has to unplug one computer and plug in another. That would be a deal breaker for me. I switch my Dell between a desktop and laptop regularly.

Probably not, the license is associated with both the machine and the user name. Once the first buyer activated it, the 2nd buyer would not be able to transfer it to a new user name.
