The Amazon reviews are interesting, including ones that claim it is a placebo
(my belief too), that it works wonders, and that it is actually harmful to some engines. Definitely read a sampling of those reviews before buying, or at least before using! //@anonymous: Fuel system cleaner really work? Or it is another snake oil fooling consumers?

You use 93 octane shell vpower nitro+ but you don't think techron concentrate will work... vpower nitro is pretty much techron. It's just additives to your engine to "keep it clean" so to speak. So in your case, maybe it won't work as much since you already have vpower (the extra additives). The theory is if you use regular octane gas that doesn't contain enough additive (go to gas station that doesn't have top tier gas), occasional bottle of this stuff is good for your engine (some car manual actually recommends you add some of this stuff in during your oil change if you don't always use top tier gas). basically concentrated additive/cleaner //@Anonymous: The Amazon reviews are interesting, including ones that claim it is a placebo

you can't compare vw to a tesla, I looked at the interior in person and it looks much better than cheap cluttering plastics in tesla. I'm not too keen on the drive because every electric drives quite and smooth, I'm not mad about 0-60 times, it should feel good and drive well . Also, i'd rather not pay for FSD, every other brand but tesla is offering it free: VW, Ford, GM. //@Anonymous: Everything sells well in the first month, then people realise they bought a VW for the same price as a Tesla. 3 years ago |
Anonymous
Remember every 1st model has many bugs.
I agree with the quiet and smooth drive is same with every electric model. 0-60 will never be an issue with speed limit so low.
VW price will be lower after rebate vs Tesla. But Tesla will come out with a $25k vehicle in the future. I don't expect those numbers to be AWD or 250+ range. My prediction with AWD same range gets you one for $32k otd would work best.

I received rebate before. The problem is they issue you a Visa Card, and it's hard to use, you have to know the balance. Every time you have to follow the exact procedures. Not recommended for just $20.00

Best method is to use the gift card they give you on an equal value amazon gift card which never expires and just add to your amazon account. //@anonymous: I received rebate before. The Costco offer plus all other rebates allowed me to lease for 36 months with single pay of $1,500 last month. Not sure if you can get that anymore but what a great deal!

A lot of dealers can do 36 mo for $6XXX for one pay. If you qualify low-income CVRP in CA, that's $4,500 additional rebates, which makes the lease about $1,500 to $2,000 for 36 mo. //@Anonymous: Could you please elaborate this? Yes, the problem with the current incentive from Chevy is that its only for purchase. So unfortunately you cant get the lease for 1500 anymore. But yes, I got one myself few weeks ago, cant beat that. About 12k chevy rebate + 3k Costco + 2k CA rebates + 1.8k San Joaquin valley rebate.
