If you have multiple cards that produce ultimate rewards, you can combine them into a single account, you may also be able to combine with your spouse. I got a Xiaomi band for around $30 a while back and I'm pretty happy with it. The only drawback is that Xiaomi is an untrustworthy brand, like Lenovo, but I'm willing to overlook that for such a cheap smartwatch.
