very poor quality. I went and most of the bags were ripped with mulch everywhere. It had rained and some bags had visible mold and dye was running off the wood chips. You get what you pay for.

Not really no. Also you still need an extension cord to start gas powered snow blowers so functionally it is no difference. You spend more on gasoline and oil for gas snow blowers while an electric snow blower consumes less electricity than incandescent christmas lights and works immediately with instant torque. //@Anonymous: Gas powered snowblowers are better and more powerful.
