I am too poor for this. I waited years for the iPad mini to get back to $200 at target and finally gave up. I got the stupid Lenovo 8 inch. 3gb ram and 1080 screen, and takes micro SD. It's very slow but I paid like $115 with tax. Makes a good reader.

Go look it up. Better resolution (in ppi), better face camera, higher memory capacities, and lighter weight all in mini. Ink is nothing more than a plastic box with a sponger inside and a chip outside. I refilled it for 12 years, until the chip eventually burn. A group of bottles of ink costs you 15 dollar (black and 3 other colors) and can survive for 3-5 years

Yeah pc screens and especially laptop or phone screens are different than TVs. With a TV, most people will never sit closer than 6ft away so there is an upper limit to what resolution is worthwhile given the screen size. No. QHD is good enough for 23 but not for 27. You can easily tell the difference.

Even 4k is hardly enough for 27, if you get use to 5K (like iMac), you can feel the big difference between 4K and 5K.

If 256G was not a single module like M1 Air, this is a great choice, but since it is not, go either m1 air or m1 pro, depending on your needs. I got both, one for my daughter and one for me, and yes, I tried M2 256G and M2 512G, but the former is slow, the latter is too expensive compared to its capability.
