if you do not have contract, you can freely cancel it. why not?
Even if you have contract, you can still pay the termination fee, 10 per month of left in contract. Then join after month or immediately. Comcast has policy, if you rejoin in 90 days after cacellation, you get all termination fee as credit back.
I cancelled my plan already last month, I paid 10 termination fee, I am planning join this plan later, would ask comcast return 10 credit. Did once before, no issue. it's 3G for whole year, no matter how much you use in one month. You could get refer code from someone to register tracfone rewards in 30 days when active line. depends on the refer code, you could get 5K - 8K points, 1K to redeem for 1G data.
