Remember it was all coffins decades ago? Now they only carry caskets. Coffins were to save material. Labor was cheap back then. Director told me caskets are more "comfortable", because it is more spacious. It muddles my mind for the definition of "comfortable".

these are very good dumbbells, but too big to do rows , they keep hitting my chest when I do rows, curls. If your home gym is big enough, get regular ones.

That's the thing. Most people don't have enough home gym space for a big set of regular dumbbells and other weight equipment. I barely have enough space in my gym for the bench press, the squat rack, the pull-up station and the deadlift platform.
