Used it for a while already and there is no thermal throttle issue like the 14” version. Fast, quiet and smooth like a butter. //@anonymous: The reviews ain't even out yet, as the release date is next Tues, r u tripping... //@Anonymous: Review shows it gets overhead quickly and throttling like crazy. Never buy the first generation.

Apple does not update OS 7 years after the release date. This has only three more years and then you cannot update the OS

Just remember HP toner is $$$. 3rd party has unreliable results. Add to revaluation maintenance of rollers and whatnot. May easily add up to the cost of the printer.

I only use third party toner in 7 different hp laserjet printers with no issues. I’ve never had to replace any other part after 4 years, unlike brother printers that require new drums after 12k pages. //@anonymous: Just remember HP toner is $$$. 3rd party has unreliable results. It really depends on what you plan on using Apple Products for. Personally, I purchased the Air 5th specifically to use Procreate. Before buying it, I tested out various apps and demos but found them to be lacking in brushes and features, and some were difficult to use. Adobe demos, for example, were too expensive at 50 dollars a month. In contrast, Procreate only costs 12.99 for a one-time purchase. They also have a new Procreate Dream for animation coming soon at 9.99 for a one-time purchase. Personally, I prefer one-time purchases over subscriptions. //@Anonymous: i avoid all aPPLE products since those are way overpriced...

Don’t buy. This model will be at most supported to 2026. Newer iOS won’t allow you to install even if you think the device is able to run the new iOS. All relevant apps will die and run into dead loops between app opening and app updating. Then it becomes a plastic trash and only fool Facebook people for 30 bucks
