No, it's not noise cancel version.
But I heard the seal is not bad so can block some sound.
And it is comfortable to wear.
However, the sound quality is just ok, can't compare to any $250 range headphones, maybe can compete those $100 or under. //@Anonymous: Is it noise cancellation?
