Ebay now eventually started collecting tax in almost all states. Now its best to buy in Bestbuy if you have Bestbuy credit card you can get 5% Cashback which is still deal than buying on ebay or apple incl tax. Sales will go down on ebay now. If Apple Stores has stock //@Anonymous: eBay's now charging tax on California addresses, RIP.
