Dell is NOT reputable anymore. I see -few customers reported a similar experience like me- my last few orders for my business after Aug 2020 was extremely delayed (6-8weeks) due to Dell's so called "high demand". Dell should NOT sell anything if it is NOT in stock. Dell give an unreasonable delivery date, even after that, they will delay the delivery...

Using exact same model bought for $500 last Thanksgiving. It crashes at least once every day. Very bad quality control. Read the 1 star reviews before buying. Screen color is very dull. Other than that, nice configs.

I am glad my order was lost in transit by FedEx and HP when I last bought the same model at $525 during the thanksgiving deal. After some haggling with HP got my refund. Extremely bad customer service. //@Anonymous: Using exact same model bought for $500 last Thanksgiving. It crashes at least once every day. Very bad quality control. Read the 1 star reviews before buying. Screen color is very dull. Other than that, nice configs.

I wished I used it more during the return window. HP qualities are just down the hill. It only floods out cheap quality laptops to the market.
