I had very very bad experience with Lenovo Thinkpad products and other product.
For better life, keep away from Lenovo!

Thinkpads used to be workhorses and very dependable before Lenovo.

Limiting cpu and gpu performance by using this laptop in battery saver mode. Why put i7 with G7 graphics with weak battery? //@Anonymous: Not at all for a well designed energy saving laptop. //@Anonymous: 45wh battery very weak with these components.

Why, so it can be more affordable at $899. There are plenty of options for what you guys look for, which are in the $1200+ range. This is not for you. //@Anonymous: Limiting cpu and gpu performance by using this laptop in battery saver mode. The longest lasting laptop I have ever used is a Lenovo Thinkpad X201. It's 12+ years now and my wife still uses it from time to time to do things that she finds hard to do on ipad. LOL.
I have zero brand loyalty and have used HP Elitebook, Dell Latitude, XPS, Pavallion. They were all good laptops but the X201 outlasts all of them. That being said, nobody needs a laptop that lasts 12+ years. I don't. it just happens to be still alive.

You completely missed my point. I will rather have an i5 with bigger battery for $899 instead of an i7. Completely out of sync with what consumers want. //@anonymous: Why, so it can be more affordable at $899. There are plenty of options for what you guys look for, which are in the $1200+ range.
