Most of them are with 1366x768 screen. I'd suggest go with something at least 1600x900. 1080p is acceptable and 2560x1440 is good.

It is more than enough for me. Why would you store all your files on your laptop instead of a safer external drive or on the cloud? The modern way is not to keep everything on your laptop. Also, they do not specifically state the intel processor generation, and have a 1.8 Ghz i5. The 8th gen from Intel the new Airs have are 1.6 Ghz, so the $699s are not latest gen
