Cheaper one has AMD sync and NV sync up to 75hz. It also has higher brightness of 350 vs 300 of the expensive one. I believe the expensive one has more cosmetic looks but lesser spec feature. I will take the 199 over the 219. //@anonymous: what diff b/w q10 and q30?

The 219 monitor has dual speakers and In-Plane Switching technology that the 199 one doesn't have. //@Anonymous: Cheaper one has AMD sync and NV sync up to 75hz.
