We bought this from Costco a while ago. It works great as an induction cook top. Instant on and controllable heat.

Will you people stop saying "Greedy This" and "Greedy That"? Get a clue and realize that these are for-profit companies, not charities. If consumers are willing to pay a price, the company will sell at that price. //@Anonymous: Greedy Dell, $300 cost stuff , selling this price?

$300 might be the cost to dig the materials out of earth. What’s the cost of intellect needed to create this product ? Cost of putting it all together ? Cost to deliver it to your door ? //@anonymous: Greedy Dell, $300 cost stuff , selling this price?

fyi: This ad is for the "Contemporary" version of the lens and not the "Sports/A1" version. There's a value difference (I've not used either lens so cannot speak to quality, but the naming should give you a clue)

If you don’t have to use it very often, I think it’s ok to have it. I have a 70-200mm which I use quite often, will use this occasionally for sport events.
