I have mini computer with Atom Z8350, 4GB RAM. I have no problem playing mp4 file format or stream it from my WD NAS Drive

Probably good enough with this model. I have a past model of this same Celeron CPU. I thought my atom processor with 2GB ram was good enough so I got this celeron with 2G ram. It was slower than the atom although it has higher frequency, guess having only 2 cores is the reason.
