Defective out of the box.Randomly freezes and does not even turns off.Walmart refuses to have it back due 30 days return policy.Lenovo does not fix laptops-just replaces with refurbished unit.So Im about to have PayPal involved in order to have my money back. //@Anonymous: Yeah like you are actually going to upgrade a $270 laptop. That's true. We have Acer Chromebooks at my kid's school and they keep having problems too. //@Anonymous: Seems like school issued chromebooks are terrible. We have Lenovo chromebooks at my kids school and I’ve had to return them 5 or 6 times already because they keep having problems. //@anonymous: Delivered. My son loves it better than the Dell 11" from school.
