i did a lot of research prior to buying them last year. they meet all top grade standards. the mobil/pennzoil etc brands are just a marketing strategy to make you feel "superior". like tide vs kirkland detergents. minimal difference for most cars; huge savings. //@Anonymous: Anybody want to share experience with Kirkland oil?
