It seems can't add more than one phone. How to upgrade other lines in same account then?

I chatted with customer rep, they can't process the two orders at the same time(that is what they said), was told to place the order later after the first order delivered(but not sure if this deal is still available) //@Anonymous: It seems can't add more than one phone. Did you get the phone? I placed the order on Jan 3rd, but it never shipped out via Fedex even there is a fedex track number. The fedex shows that they never receive the package from Cricket.
