Because this is OLED which is the best display technology for now. You can stay with the regular LED TV which is only 1/3 in price. //@anonymous: how is this even a deal.

I was really hoping they'd sell it at clearance since the 2021 line up is right around the corner. Great TVs though, but the sale price is no better than before. //@Anonymous: Because this is OLED which is the best display technology for now. Beware though when you buy 5 or 10 as costco will tell you they out of stocks and you end up paying for 3 or 6 at a higher price...

It is a fine deal. the CPU is 10th generation of intel CPU, the latest, although 11th generation is coming out soon. So it is clearance event. At the meantime, this price can buy nice Windows laptop that can do more. Or one can try install Windows on it :) //@Anonymous: Is it a good deal?

It's ok. Lenovo has really been going downhill recently, so it's not as good as some other deals right now. It's a bit of a risk, but your decision. //@Anonymous: Is it a good deal?

Don't you get tired of saying the same bs everywhere? Find some productive things to do please. //@anonymous: It's ok. Lenovo has really been going downhill recently, so it's not as good as some other deals right now. It's a bit of a risk, but your decision. //@Anonymous: Is it a good deal?

I have this one and it is excellent. You didn’t try curved screens, otherwise you’ll know that if the screen is not curved you’ll not be able to see the sides clearly. //@Preparation: I tried curve screen and got head ache

sorry for my ignorant but can any 1080 video card can support this monitor? or has to be 4K video card?
Anonymous
Video card itself rarely limits the resolution. Any semi-decent video card from the last ~8 years CAN display 4k resolution. It only becomes a problem if you want to play demanding game, for which you need a powerful enough video card to render high resolution at good enough frame rate. //@Anonymous: sorry for my ignorant but can any 1080 video card can support this monitor? or has to be 4K video card?

I've never heard of curved screens causing headaches. //@Preparation: I tried curve screen and got head ache

short answer is yes, don't want to get into details but virtually anything that's not ancient can drive it casual use. but also- this is no 4K. //@Anonymous: Video card itself rarely limits the resolution. If its OLED, then the price is justified. Using 4K TV as a monitor is cheaper.
