Lifetime use? So I can continue using Office 2021 even in the year 2031 or 2041 or beyond?

Yes, That's right. I don't think you make it. //@Anonymous: Lifetime use? So I can continue using Office 2021 even in the year 2031 or 2041 or beyond?

Software's lifetime, not your lifetime. Also don't think you can transfer it to another computer. Will you use the same computer in 2031 and 2041? //@anonymous: Lifetime use? So I can continue using Office 2021 even in the year 2031 or 2041 or beyond?

What is software's lifetime?

Life time as opposed to subscription-based. I thought that'd be obvious.
Realistically it means as long as you use it on the same computer and/or feel comfortable not upgrading it. Typically it means 4-5 years at most.

Bought one two years ago. Useless. Stops working and you're lucky if you can retrieve the license again. I'd save the $20

I dont, but i perferred Microsoft products before 2008. Since then they have gotten stupid. It's like once have the UI to be intuitive and perfect, they need to justify the salary of the developers, so they continue to "innovate" until the os is basically useless. //@anonymous: Do you still use Windows95? //@anonymous: What is software's lifetime?
