I bought this one for my 7-yr old's online schooling. Its performance really exceeds my expectation from all angles. The only no-so-good is the screen but bearable after some tweaking.

I've bought the 4500U 16GB version for my 8 year old. Even at $600 the Flex 14 is a decent deal I believe. //@Anonymous: I bought this one for my 7-yr old's online schooling. At this cost I would desire it to have little bit more storage. OS itself takes about 100gb space + about 10gb storage not visible or usable. that leaves only 20gb or less for file storage.

I have the 512GB version. It's still quite limited in terms of storage. The problem comes in for bigger storage programs, for example, iTune, or iPhone video backup, etc. I have not been able to sync my iTune for years due to this.
