Buy Maytag or Whirlpool instead, you’ll not repent. My two cents

I agree. I researched around and bought a Maytag. Simple and efficient. No fancy crap and works well. //@Anonymous: Buy Maytag or Whirlpool instead, you’ll not repent. My two cents

Buy the 5 year warranty as any repair will cost 3/4 of a new one. Used it 6x on 3 appliances //@anonymous: Buy Maytag or Whirlpool instead, you’ll not repent. My two cents

Agreed. Korean appliances don't last. I'd choose siemens or whirlpool anytime. Even Haier lasts longer. //@Anonymous: Buy Maytag or Whirlpool instead, you’ll not repent. My two cents

requires a hub that costs around $80. see amazon https://www.amazon.com/August-AC-R1-Connect-Wi-Fi-Bridge/dp/B0168IXNFQ

Needs August smart connect for the lock to connect to the internet. Without this additional unit, connection to the lock can only be through Bluetooth connection. This is $ 80 additional for the hub.

Not everyone needs the Connect. I personally would rather keep my door lock off the internet. For those who do need the Connect, no need to spend additional $80; the lock + connect combo costs $109.99 at the moment on Amazon, so just $41 extra.

It’s selling for $112 now. It’s safer with just Bluetooth connection. It’s always a chance a hacker can open your lock when it’s connected to the internet.
