There are a lot of negative reviews on this due to cheap construction material, durability in hot sun and general stability after installation in case there are high winds. So this might be useful if installed indoors in a large garage area on level ground, but not outdoors.

I have it for 5 years now, outdoor in Southern CA. So far, it has been decent except that the two screws, out of six, holding the header bar at the door ripped out plastic material and became loose. Overall, it is still in the good shape. 10 years warranty, I believe.
