5' bar is 25 pounds, and 6' bar is 36 pounds, if anyone was wondering. A regular 7' bar is 45 pounds.

Diameter should all be the same. Only length is different. And actually, for that reason, you might think the weight limit would be higher for the shorter bars. //@Anonymous: they are all with 700lb capacity regardless their diameters? //@Anonymous: 5' bar is 25 pounds, and 6' bar is 36 pounds, if anyone was wondering. 5xl is limited to official dymo labels. 4xl can use other companies. Therefore many prefer the 4xl. //@anonymous: 5xl is better and same price

5xl labels are very expensive. You cant use aftermarket labels with it, Dont buy it unless you only plan on printing 1 label per year.
