Why would anyone want to buy overpriced used junk from dell? Those machine are like 6-7 years old with 8-9 clunky processors.

For less than $300, you will get Windows 10 Pro, 16GB RAM, I7 Gen 6 Processor. All you need to do is to upgrade to a new 1TB SSD for less than $100. Where can you buy a business desktop of that configuration for your employee for $400?
