I have bought a few refurb from them and it was great. But they have started to play games where they took out newer models to force people to buy junk that are not compatible with Win11. I have been watching for months and not a single desktop for this 24 hr flash deal. You guys ssuukk!

They took out newer models to fore you to buy old models? Aren’t refurbished always older models? Also, if you looking for Win11 compatibility, look for intel processors 8th generation or newer. Any processor before 8th gen are not compatible with win 11 //@anonymous: I have bought a few refurb from them and it was great. Intel is so last decade, 2020s cpu market belong to AMD - just look at how intel stock price has crashed and AMD stock price rocketed.

Been a wek I bought this as a backup laptop for my mac when I need windows.Its Slow even with out installing any softwares. Thinking of returning.
PS: I am. not comparing this with Mac. Generally it is slow compared to my office Dell

It should be criminal to sell anything below 1080P these days.
Even the lenovo 14W that I paid only $200 a year ago came with 1080p ips.

This computer will be slow due to the 4Gb RAM. upgrade it to 8GB it will be much faster

HP computers are very low quality. I bought one and it crashes several times every day. HP does not replace it and can't fix it.

Don't buy HP, the quality is unbelievably low. Tried one last year, comes with a >10 years old OS, wifi doesn't work, frequently shutdown for no reason. Stay away from HP.

Bought a HP about two weeks ago and returned it. Wireless card kept losing connection. Spent 4 hours on phone with HP service. They made it worse.
