I suppose that eating oatmeal is a lot cheaper way to get the same nutrition benefits than this liquid form

Yes, I suppose. But you won't get the same enjoyment when what you want is a drink. //@typhoon888: I suppose that eating oatmeal is a lot cheaper way to get the same nutrition benefits than this liquid form

This is for people in vegan diet to make latte. Or you can also try it even if you can drink milk. The taste is good.

I bought two 100 pounders. Now I'm going to set up the outdoor cameras to record the delivery guy carrying them up to my porch.

If you want to train for strength lifting, then the 8 lbs water jug won't work. But if you want to train for cardio and muscle shape, then the water jug works just fine. Set of 100, very slow motion. If the set of 100 won't work, then try to do set of 300. //@Anonymous: One gallon of water weighs around 8 pounds. Why would you be looking at a 90 pound kettlebell post if you’re only interested in cardio? You can also get cardio by doing a brisk walk around the retirement home. //@anonymous: If you want to train for strength lifting, then the 8 lbs water jug won't work. Only a little over a year ago, I was able to get dumbbell pairs of 40s, 30s, 20s, and 10s for under $120 from Sears. Its still a bad time to buy, just wait until the free weights show up on Craigslist
