For me, unless you use a different account. I can only buy one with email delivery and buy another as a physical card. The Apple news link is broken. Someone's service has a bug, the "[promocode]" has never been replaced by a real promo code. Sad.
So you may want to do it manually on your iPhone.
- Go to App Store
- Click on your profile/photo on the top right
- Click in Redeem Gift Card or Code
