ebay bucks is nothing. ebay keep robing users' bucks and gift card.

If you have 500 dollars gift card in the account, and the account was
restricted by ebay, then the money will ebay's not yours anymore.

However they never admit that, they always say your money is still in the account. And you can never cash it out any more as they restrict you buying right. Ebay should be shame of himself.
