Same here. EXTREMELY deceptive advertising on the costco website made it appear that both deals should apply. I love Costco, but tire selection sucks, and isn't that great of deal compared to other large tire retailers like Discount Tire.

Their online tire selector tool is a joke, almost nothing for light trucks are available and return the following message "We're sorry , but we cannot locate any tires in our online inventory to meet your vehicle specifications. Please check with your local Costco tire center as they may have tires in stock that fit these specifications." It can't find any tires for a 2000 Toyota Tacoma! Really? The tires they do show (searching by size), even with the 25% off are not that great of deal. Pass!

Installation is not free... It used to be 1 cent.

You have to order online anyway. This is the best tire deal I’ve ever seen. I just installed a set in December though.
