The AC charger is also very shoddy, had to replace that twice within a year of ownership.

Yep, plus it was easily overheated. They improved 9380 big time. I am big fan of Dell XPS so do not hate me haters. //@Anonymous: this is the 2017 model 9370. The 2018 Model 9380 is better. The front camera has been repositioned to the top of the screen.
