Just received an email from VZW "save $200 with this code, when you upgrade. New device payment purchase needed".

Sam's outsourced there Mobile Kiosk last year and the reps there are dumbest you will ever find. Last year when I bought the phone, the supervisor couldn't do a simple upgrade after spending about an hour. I think that both the T-Mobile and Samsclub deals require 2-year contract.

Also I rather get it from Apple store for the same deal because They offer OEM Unlocked SIM so you are not a beg the phone companies to unlock it.

Where are the trade in deals from Verizon ATT ?

You need to trade-in your old iPhone to T-Mobile, which means the t-mobile one may not be that good of a deal.
