I had very bad customer service with ATT today, they are disgusting. Be careful when you do business with them, they don't respect customers. Charges more too. //@Anonymous: Very bad experience with AT&T, and will never look back. Run away from AT&T if you can.

no experience about Verizon but I would not recommend falling into this upgrade trap for AT&T - they make false claims and promises and never give you the discounts promised, you end up paying more and be locked in for 24/30 months. Better to buy unlocked from Apple/eBay //@Anonymous: What does “upgrade” mean exactly? I’ve been a Verizon customer since 2013 and this would be my 3rd iPhone - do I qualify for this pricing?
