Why do you all complain so much? Costco honers returns on any product. We have this ebike, and it is a kick in the pants! We take it camping. When at home we ride all over the islands in Huntington Harbor. Quit complaining

Where did you buy from ? I returned an electric scooter recently to Costco with any hassle.
I guess Costco has the newest version of this Bike (comes with pedals now). //@Anonymous: this is a garbage product. Battery died in a week and manufacturer wont honor warrant. Costco sold them hard but most are returned back
