T-Mobile (Costco) iPhone SE 2 - Get 50% Back via Rebate

if you don't add a new line, you need to trade in. this is not showing in the description

Activation part is not clear. Is it required device activation or new line activation? Seems like its not applicable to existing lines without trade in.

I went to costco today, and I was told that I have to trade in my phone to get this offer.

My rebate came in on time and without any issues. Very satisfied. //@Anonymous: Did the rebate thing last year. Costco messed up a step in the process and it took me so many calls and almost a year to get the rebate back. Very painful.
