The Apple news link is broken. Someone's service has a bug, the "[promocode]" has never been replaced by a real promo code. Sad.
So you may want to do it manually on your iPhone.

Got the iPad 8Gen 128 GB. I cant seem to get Apple GC with $20 BB GC. Ordered it twice and both times order canceled. Tried 2 CCards.
