It's sad. For a professional financial service, free means not-competitive. To learn to invest, Graham Stephan in YT is not bad.

There is no iOS iPad/iPhone app for Motely fool. Not as useful without app.

I don’t think it is really good. However since you are a new investor, you can learn the stocks and their thought process and do your own research. If it is not absolutely free without the Amex card offer then it is not worth it. So just remember to cancel the membership after the year
