Yes. To get the credit you have to keep plan for 2 month. You will receive a code to redeem $150 online, and that’s where it get sketchy as they will send the code at the end of 3 month. Had it been iPhone 11 Pro I’d have bought it pronto, but iPhone 12 Pro, not so much. Very mixed to poor reviews.

Don't spread false information. Visible phone is always unlocked. This is a super good deal. You can port out a google voice number to qualify $150.
