i submit the receipts online twice in the past, and received $25 back both time. I always mark the qualified PG items from long receipt so the agent can count easily.

Take a picture of the receipt and submit on the website, it is not much work. You need calculate the total after costco discount, before you go to check out. //@Anonymous: Last time they ran this I forgot to claim the rebate. Unlike other Costco promotion, you would have to do it the old way.....
