That seems to be the consensus among colleagues I know who have both an Insta Pot and conventional systems. I haven't made the plunge yet (gotta get counter space in order), but I probably will.. //@Anonymous: Just go with a instant pot instead this piece heavy pot, cook faster and achieve the same taste result.
